For eight years I led Right at Home of Middle Tennessee as President & General Manager, overseeing operations, compliance, billing and referral relationships with hospitals, physicians and discharge planners, and turned a loss-making agency into a profitable one. Today I own and operate a Huntington Learning Center franchise in Hendersonville and serve as General Manager of Serene Care of Middle Tennessee, a senior home care agency.

Before that, I managed enterprise technology programs for major U.S. banks and mortgage lenders, leading onshore and offshore teams through implementation, testing and delivery. I led a cloud-based wholesale mortgage application from first requirements through production, and at First Franklin built the company's first correspondent lending application, earning its Key Performer Award.

My career began in Bangalore, where I founded a banking software company and later directed technology operations for a healthcare and banking software firm, building hospital billing, claims and patient-records systems with insurance-payer and lab integrations for the U.S. market.

Having built a career in both India and the United States, I bridge onshore and offshore teams and help people from different backgrounds work as one team.
